Overview
Each model was developed to function as a convincing on-camera element, capable of holding realism under direct lighting and camera proximity. The work focused on organic form, translucent silicone texture, surface irregularities, subtle veining, hair details, and natural color variation, allowing the pieces to feel biological rather than artificial.
The models were developed through a precise workflow combining sculpting, mouldmaking, and silicone casting. Special attention was given to translucency, layering, and surface irregularities to recreate natural variation. Coloration and finishing were used to enhance depth and realism, ensuring that each model reacts believably to light.
The final pieces deliver a convincing level of realism at close range, supporting practical effects work that requires precision, repeatability, and visual credibility. Their silicone construction allows them to be handled, positioned, and filmed in controlled conditions while maintaining texture, shine, and material depth across repeated takes.
