Miniature city set and scale-model fabrication created for a Duracell commercial, combining detailed urban scenery, practical effects, and camera-ready model work.
Overview
The project involved building a stylized urban landscape with high-rise buildings, streets, architectural details, rooftop elements, and practical set extensions. The miniature was designed to work directly in front of the camera, giving the production a physical city environment that could be lit, framed, and filmed with real depth and texture.

Each building was developed with attention to proportion, façade detail, window rhythm, fire escapes, rooftop structures, and scale consistency. The goal was to create a miniature environment that felt cinematic and production-ready, while remaining flexible enough for camera movement, lighting setups, and commercial storytelling needs.
Because the set existed as a real object, it gave the production natural shadows, reflections, and spatial relationships that are difficult to achieve with purely digital assets. The final result supported a polished commercial look while showcasing the value of practical miniature effects in advertising production.
